Trauma Focused Psychotherapy
Trauma focused psychotherapy offers a supportive and structured space to explore the emotional impact of past and present experiences. Trauma is not only about what happened, but how those experiences continue to live in the body, nervous system, and relationships.
This work can include:
• Supportive counselling for anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or life transitions
• Exploration of attachment patterns and emotional responses
• Stabilisation and nervous system regulation
• Trauma processing where appropriate, including EMDR or Rewind Trauma Therapy
Psychotherapy & Counselling
Not every client requires structured trauma processing. For some, a consistent, reflective therapeutic space is enough to create meaningful change. For others, deeper trauma work may become appropriate over time.
We will move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, regularly reviewing your needs to ensure the approach remains aligned.
