For individuals who feel relatively emotionally stable but notice recurring patterns influencing their direction, relationships, or goals.
Therapeutic coaching integrates psychological insight with forward movement. It is not trauma processing or clinical therapy, but it does not bypass emotional awareness in favour of productivity.
This may be appropriate if:

Life Coaching
Future-focused and goal-oriented support. We would typically meet for a minimum of 6 sessions focused on working towards a specific goal/goals.
Life coaching is suited to individuals who feel emotionally stable and are seeking clarity, accountability, or direction in a specific area of life such as career, confidence, or personal development.
Coaching sessions focus on:
